Warranty
The jewelry from Ace of Cups Jewellery is made with a lot of love, attention, and care, and Ace of Cups places great value on the quality of its products. In exceptional cases, it may happen that something unexpectedly turns out to be wrong with your purchase.
Legally, you are required to report this to us within two months after the defect has been identified. However, even after these two months, it is possible to report to Ace of Cups if something is actually wrong with the product.
Ace of Cups will contact you about this and ask you to send the earrings.
When the damage or defect has been established and investigated, and it turns out to have arisen from, for example, a weakness in the material that should not have occurred, Ace of Cups will, if applicable, take care of the repair or replacement of the jewelry or a specific part of it free of charge.
If necessary, a different suitable solution will be sought in consultation with the customer, or the purchase amount will be refunded partially or in full.
Complaints
Ace of Cups places great importance on good customer service and does everything possible to ensure that your order and any return process goes as smoothly and pleasantly as possible for you.
However, it may happen that something does not go as planned. In that case, we would like to ask you, and also recommend, to always first make your complaints known to us by emailing info@aceofcupsjewellery.nl .
In this way, you enable us to reasonably provide a solution or compensation for an existing problem. It is also important for Ace of Cups to be aware of any complaints so that similar complaints can be prevented in the future.
