Return sending

Do you want to return the earrings? Of course that is possible. When making an online purchase, you are always entitled to a 14 day (2 whole weeks) cooling-off period.

Please inform Ace of Cups of your return within 2 weeks of receiving your order. This can be done very easily without giving a reason via the contact form on this site, or by sending a message to info@aceofcupsjewellery.nl.

Then return the earrings to the address below. For a quick processing of your refund, preferably as soon as possible, but no later than within the legal period of two weeks after you have informed us. 

Please note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer!

After we have received your return in good condition, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid as soon as possible. 

As soon as the money has been transferred to you, you will receive a message by email.
