Shipping & Returns

Packaging and delivery

Parcels at home and abroad are sent with track & trace via Postnl. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

As soon as your package has been delivered to Postnl for shipping, you will receive a message. The package fits through the letterbox. So you don't have to be at home for it.

Postage costs

  • Shipping costs within the Netherlands: €4
  • To countries within the EU: €5.90
  • Europe, outside the EU: €7.70
  • Rest of the world: €12

Do you want to return the earrings? Of course that is possible. When making an online purchase, you are always entitled to a 14 day (2 whole weeks) cooling-off period.

Please inform Ace of Cups of your return as soon as possible, but no later than within two weeks. This can be done very easily without giving a reason via the contact form on this site, or by sending a small message to info@aceofcupsjewellery.nl .

Then return the earrings to the address below. For a quick processing of the refund, preferably as soon as possible, but no later than within the statutory period of two weeks after we have received your message about the return shipment. 

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

You will receive a full refund of the amount paid as soon as the return package arrives , provided the earrings are undamaged. As soon as the money has been transferred to you, you will receive a message by email.
